Every project follows the same four-stage process.

Discovery
We sit with you and your team, observe the day-to-day, and read the documents you already have. No deliverable yet — just understanding.
Week 1
Design
We draft the system on paper — the org chart, the workflows, the chart of accounts, the SOP outline. We review it with you before any of it is finalized.
Weeks 2–3
Documentation
The actual writing — procedures, checklists, forms, templates. In Lao and English where needed. Reviewed in batches, never as a single 100-page surprise.
Weeks 4–5
Handover
We train your team on the new procedures, run the first cycle with them, and document any adjustments. The system is yours, in your hands, working.
Week 6+

Q.01How long does an SOP project usually take?
Most SOP manual projects run six to ten weeks, depending on the size of the team and how many functions are in scope. Process audits can be as short as two weeks. We’ll give you a definite range during the discovery call, not after.
Q.02Do you work in Lao or English?
Both, and often the same document is delivered in both languages. Operating manuals for staff are almost always written in Lao. Board-level and investor-facing documents are usually English. We’ll match the language to the audience.
Q.03We're a brand-new business. Are we too early?
Often it’s the opposite — designing the system before you’ve built bad habits is much cheaper than re-engineering one. Our Enterprise Set-up service is built for founders in their first twelve months.
Q.04Do you use a specific accounting software?
We’re software-agnostic. We’ve designed accounting systems on Xero, QuickBooks, locally hosted solutions, and well-structured spreadsheets for very small operations. We pick what fits your business, not the other way around.
Q.05What does an engagement cost?
Project fees are scoped to the engagement and quoted as a fixed fee once we’ve completed discovery. We’ll give you a clear written proposal before any work begins, and we don’t bill by the hour.
